Are all your pottery handmade in Italy?
Our ceramic is completely hand-made by us in our factory in Montelupo Fiorentino,near Florence. Since each piece of our ceramics is hand-made by us and our artists, it is impossible for each item to be identical. Each piece is unique and therefore more valuable.
Actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on your computer screen. Slight variations in the size or shape of the item are also possible. You may notice a slight indentation, design or glaze variation or a tiny smudge, small dimple, paint spot or a loose fitting lid. These are evidence of an original, hand-crafted artwork. All Our wall plates and wall plaques are shipped “Wall-Hung Ready” with a galvanized steel wire assembled in the rear of the object.
Should you decide to use the item as tabletop centerpiece, we recommend cutting of the wiring to avoid surface damage.
Can I put my dinnerware in the dishwasher or microwave?
We recommend hand-washing your dinnerware or using a dishwasher with a low-heat setting. Majolica is a low-fired earthenware and chips more easily than china dinnerware. Our dinnerware items are electric dish-washing safe, but it is recommended to place the dishes or ceramics far apart to avoid touching each other during the high pressure dish-washing.
We do NOT recommend using your dinnerware in the microwave or oven.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For items purchased outside of our shop, we accept major credit cards and process all orders through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to make your payment. information.
Do I have to pay a sales tax?
No. Sales tax is not due on import goods.
Do I have to pay a duty tax?
In some instances, you may be required to pay duty tax when your shipment arrives in your home country. This is NOT an added fee from our company. Each country has different standards and calculations. Please check with customs officials in your country for more information.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. All our shipments are all fully insured, door to door.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We have packed your items carefully and in the best possible way to ensure no damage. Your items are fully insured door-to-door. However, due to some circumstances beyond our control, if there is damage to an item, please follow these steps:

After our through product inspection, each item is wrapped in "Bubble-Pack" and individually boxed.

The "individual" cartons are then placed inside another box for "double-protection" as most delivery carriers require.The packing material are clean and suitable for gift wrapping


1. Contact us within 7 days from the delivery date so that we can begin the claim process.
2. Save all original packing material for a possible inspection.
3. Photograph the packing material and the damaged piece in detail.
4. E-MAIL us with your full name, address, phone number, and attach your photos.
5. Please do not ship the damaged item back to us until we give you proper instructions.
